Ines aka Melva, is our resident in-house cooking instructor. Since the term “infection” is in the news a lot these days, we might mention that Ines has the most infectious smile and laugh. It’s the kind of thing you’d want to be around these days. Many happy Lawson’s guests have spent some time learning how to cook something typical as well as just absorbing her happy energy.

She works running a small eatery and there are those cooking classes. Now, with no tourism, she has more time to spend at home. Her situation is not yet dire, but remember we are supporting those in need during the COVID19 pandemic and you can too. Simply drop us a line and tell us how you would like to help.
