Everyone who has ever gone to Uxmal knows Sara. She is the loveliest lady, patiently letting us traipse through her tortilleria, taking photos and videos, asking all kinds of questions and enjoying her over-heated work place.
At the moment she is fine, working as always, since people can not live without their tortillas. In the grand scheme of things, she is doing well, if a little unaccustomed to not having visitors.
